Can I signup with multiple accounts on my phone?
No, you can only signup with one account on your device.
Why can I only see Ludo Supreme on the app? Other game formats are not visible for me.
We are in the process of unlocking new game formats on the app for our users in a phased manner. You shall soon be able to enjoy new game formats on the app.
Can I actually win money on your app?
Yes. You can win actual cash and can instantly withdraw it using various simple payment methods like bank transfer and UPI.
What are the different tournament formats?
We have multiple tournament formats in each of our games. We have free, 1vs1 battle, 1 winner format, 2 winners format, and 3 winner formats. In 1vs1 format, you play against a single user and there is only one winner. In 1 Winner, 2 Winner, and 3 Winner formats, there are 3 or more players but the prize is split between 1, 2, and 3 players respectively.
I had a poor internet connection during the match and I couldn’t finish playing the game. Will I get a refund?
No, unfortunately, leaving a game due to any reason is considered a disqualification. An unstable internet connection too can lead to disqualification. In this case, a refund is not issued.
What if there is a tie in the game?
The payout is split in case of a tie.
Can I register for a game after it has started?
No, you can only register for a game before it starts.
Who am I playing against?
All our players are verified real players from across the country. You are randomly matched against other players on our app.
My clicks don’t register/lag.
This might be due to various issues. One of them is a bad internet connection. Try again with a better internet connection or write to us at if the problem persists.
Can I stop my phone from vibrating when it is my turn to play?
No, you can’t switch off the vibrations as they are used to remind you of your turn during the game.
Do my tokens move automatically?
No, you need to tap the token you want to move.
How do I know who won how much?
Once the game ends, you will see a screen with the prize distribution amongst the players. If there was a tie, the prize money will be equally distributed between the players.
How to turn on/off sound and music?
Go to Settings, where you can see toggle options for both music and sound. You can turn on or turn off using the toggle.
What is Ludo Supreme?
Ludo Supreme is one of the Ludo formats that you can play on our app. The rules of the game are different from the regular ludo and are a lot more interesting and engaging. Ludo Supreme is a game where you are not just getting entertained but also earning real money while playing.
How do I join a Ludo Supreme game?
Joining a Ludo Supreme game is very easy. Pick the Ludo Supreme game out of the options available to you on your app. Then from the options given on your screen, you can choose from the different formats that are available. There are 1vs1, 1 winner, 2 winners, and 3 winners formats to choose from. Once you know which format you want to play, click on the entry fee amount to join a game.
What are the rules of Ludo Supreme?

The rules of Ludo Supreme are simple. Here’s everything you need to know: Game rules:

  • All players are assigned random colored tokens at the beginning of the game
  • All the tokens are in the open position. You don’t need to roll a 6 to begin the game. Just a tap on the dice followed by a tap on the token you wish to move is all it takes.
  • All players get an equal number of moves to play and have 15 seconds for each move.
  • You lose a turn every time you fail to make a move within the stipulated 15 seconds. So, if you skip three times, you will be out of the game.
  • Like the regular ludo, you get an extra turn when you roll a 6 but rolling 6 three times consecutively will mean you miss a turn!
  • You also get an extra turn when you cut an opponent’s token and also when every time one of your tokens reaches home.
  • A player earns 1 point for every box moved. If the token is cut, all points made on that token are lost!
  • You score an extra 56 points for each token that reaches home. The player with the highest score wins the game. In case of a tie, the payout is split.
How long does a Ludo Supreme game last?
A 2-player game has a time limit of 8 minutes and a 4-player game has a time limit of 10 minutes.
Why does +56 show up when Token/got reaches home?
Every time a token travels across the board and reaches ‘Home’, you get 56 points. Want to know the reason behind it? Well, every token has to travel 56 boxes before it reaches ‘Home’ so when it does reach ‘Home’, we double the points by awarding another 56 points.
Why do we get extra moves at the end of the game sometimes?
Everyone gets the same number of moves in a game. So, in some cases if required, players gets an extra move so that it is fair to all.
How can I know how many times I have skipped my turn?
Click on the ‘i’ icon next to your name while you are playing a game to find out how many times you have skipped your move. Remember, skipping your turn for more than two times will lead to you being disqualified from the game.
How many times can I skip my turn?
You are allowed to skip two times. Skipping for a third time will result in disqualification.
Will the dice spin automatically when the turn comes?
No, you have to tap on the dice to make it show a number.
What is Ludo Supreme League?
Zupee Ludo Supreme League is a multiplayer online tournament that takes playing ludo a notch up. It fuses the super successful Ludo Supreme with a tournament format that allows a Ludo fan to compete with a larger number of players.
What are the rules of Ludo Supreme League?

Single player tournament where there are no other opponents on your board

  • 21 moves in each game.
  • Your tokens are yellow in color.
  • Your tokens are in open position so no need for a six to start playing.
  • There are 12 tokens on the board apart from your yellow tokens. 4 each of Green, Red, and Blue
  • All competing players get a similar board with all tokens in the same position
  • Every token carries certain points. Tap to find out their value
  • Collect points when you cut tokens and get an extra move
  • 15 seconds for each turn
  • 60-second Timebank if you run out of time
  • Using up Timebank will move you out of the game
  • Points scored to be final score
  • Move 1 box and get 1 point
  • Cut as many tokens as possible to get high score
  • 1 extra move for every token that reaches Home
  • 1 extra move when you roll a 6
  • Score high to rank at the top
How do I play Zupee Ludo Supreme League?
  • Zupee Ludo Supreme League is a single player online tournament. Play against other players joining the tournament to make high score and move up the leaderboard
  • Register for a tournament
  • All players get yellow tokens
  • There are total 12 tokens on the board apart from your tokens. 4 each of Green, Red, and Blue.
  • These 12 tokens are stationary and are at the same position for all participants
  • Every token carries certain points. Tap to find out their value
  • Each token carries points. Cut token to earn points they carry and get an extra move
  • Cut as many tokens to score a winning score
  • One point for moving one box. For every token that reaches home, you get an extra move
  • All players get 21 moves and 15 seconds to play each move. If you run out of time, your Timebank of 60 seconds will kick in. You can use this Timebank throughout the game
  • If you exhaust your Timebank, you will be dismissed from the game and your score at that point will be considered your final score
  • Score high and get a rank on the leaderboard!
How do I earn points?

There are two ways to score in Zupee Ludo Supreme League.

  • You get one point for every box moved
  • Every time you cut the tokens on the board, you get the points the token carries along with the number of boxes moved in that turn.
Why does ‘Extra Move’ show up when Token reaches home?
Everytime you take a token Home, you get an extra move. Make sure you take as many tokens home as possible as this increases your chances of winning.
Is there an option to skip my turn?
No, there is no option to skip your turn.
Will the dice spin automatically when the turn comes?
No, you will have to tap on the dice to roll the dice.
Can I land out of the game anytime?
No, you will only land out of game if, you exhaust your Timebank or if your internet connection is unstable
Can I submit multiple scores?
Yes, you can submit multiple scores by playing in a tournament multiple times.
How are the ranks decided?

This game is a multiplayer game so, it is quite possible that you and few others participants have the same scores. In that case, the following rules will be applicable

  • Prize pool will be split equally for players getting the same ranks.
  • For example, Ankit and Amita have the same rank in a game they just played. So, if the if Prize pool breakup looks like this:

Then Ankit and Amita’s prize distribution pool would have looked like this:

90217.5 (Rank 2 + Rank 3)/2

Here, both Amita and Ankit have the same rank 2 as they’ve scored the same points. So, Rank 3 will not exist and as a result, the prize money from Rank 3 is added to the prize money that Amita and Ankit have won. Prize money from rank 2 and rank 3 will be split equally between Amita and Ankit. i.e. (25 + 10)/2 -If you submit multiple scores for the same game and if you get the same score, your rank would also remain the same.

What is a ‘Wallet’?
Wallet is the icon you see below your name along with an amount. Clicking on it will take you to the ‘My Wallet’ page which has details like your Winnings and Transaction History.
How can I withdraw money?
You can withdraw money from your Winnings. Your account should have at least a balance of ₹30 to make a withdrawal.
What are the options for withdrawing my winnings?
Currently, there are two withdrawal modes: Bank account and UPI. Both of the options offer safe and secure withdrawals.
Where can I find details of my previous transactions?
You can check your entire transaction history on the ‘My Wallet’ screen. Click on the “tournament history” section on the wallet screen to see all the transactions. Your transaction history will show you all information related to Withdrawals and Winnings.
I’m unable to find my preferred mode of payment. What are the other options I have?

How to add a UPI account?
To add your UPI account, you have to follow a few simple steps.
  • Click on the wallet icon
  • On the ‘My Wallet’ page, click on ‘Withdraw’ button
  • Now you will see two options; Bank & UPI. Click on ‘Add’ button against the UPI option.
  • Enter your UPI id in the space provided and click on ‘Proceed’.
How to add my bank account?
To add your bank account, you have to follow a few simple steps.

Can I add a display picture?
Yes, you can add a display picture by going to the ‘My Profile’ section and clicking on the icon above your name. Now, you can either add a photo from your phone gallery or even take a picture. To edit an existing photo, follow the same steps and add a different picture.
Can I use any image?
We recommend you use your own picture as a profile avatar. Your image should not contain nudity or otherwise offensive content.
Can I change my email ID or phone number associated with my account?
No, currently, it is not possible to change email ID or phone number.
Can I play from a territory outside India?
No, our games are as of now only for the residents of India barring Assam, Orissa, Telangana, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Meghalaya.

No, you need to be 18 or older to play the games on our platform.

Who is not allowed to play games?

Anyone under the age of 18 cannot play our games. If you are from Andhra Pradesh/Assam/Odisha/Sikkim/Nagaland/Telangana/Arunachal Pradesh/Tamil Nadu /Meghalaya, you cannot play our games as skill game laws pertaining to these states are different from the rest of the country.
